Aston Martin V12 Vantage Review


Aston Martin will be launching several cars in the Indian market in 2010. Recently the company confirmed the launch of Aston Martin V12 Vantage in United States. The car is slated to be released in India sometime in 2010. This stylish coupe will be released in the D+ segment and is a combination of mean design and powerful engineering.




Aston Martin V12 Vantage Specification
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage review shows that the car is fitted with a 5935cc powerful V12 petrol engine. This engine will be able to deliver power of 510 bhp at 6500 rpm along with peak torque of 570 Nm at 5750 rpm. The length of the car is 4380mm and its width is 1875mm while its height is 1241mm.
The car will be able to seat 2 individuals and its suspension includes independent double wishbone with anti squat. The engine comes with 7 automatic gears and the car also has tilt steering. The car has front ventilated and rear disk brake system. The kerb weight of the car is 1680 kgs and it has a fuel tank capacity of 80 litres.

The car is expected to deliver mileage of around 3.5 km/litre in the city while the mileage on the highway is expected to be around 7 km/litre.

The interiors of the car are designed in a way wherein they compliment the stylish exteriors. This ensures that the interiors are opulent and extremely comfortable. The car has air conditioner and comes with dual zone climate control feature. The car also has steering column adjustment and the driver’s seat can also be adjusted electrically. The car has leather seats and 160W Aston Martin audio system. The steering wheel also has some controls.

The car has several active and passive safety features and these include 8 airbags, fog lamp, parking sensors and anti lock brake system. The other features include traction control, electronic brake force distribution feature and electronic stability program.

The price of the car is expected to be around Rs 2.50 crore and the car will be available in a single design variation.
